VOCATIONAL SKILLS- Women, the most potent yet the physically feeblest creation of God! Women, the most disregarded in the society, yet the section that needs to be fostered the most for the overall welfare of the society are our concern! IWAYSF has designed various programs for their wellbeing. We train the underprivileged women to stitch jute and cotton products of various kinds that are ecofriendly. The end products are of export quality and hence of high demand. Stitching jute products has become an important livelihood in our society because of multi-usages and eco friendliness! IWAYSF conducts its cotton and jute product training programs in Kharibaari, Aatghara and New Town areas.

Tailoring is yet another program implemented by us. Apart from those mentioned above IWAYSF also provides training on computers, spoken English, beautician, digital marketing, web designing and coding. We not only provide them with training but also teach them how to manage finances, provide them with financial support to emerge as strong individuals in the society.

EDUCATION- Knowledge is the most worthful gift! The one who receives is fortunate and the one who imparts is certainly the most fortunate! We at IWAYSF consider ourselves fortunate and obliged because we have got the opportunity to change the lives of many! We run pre-schools for disadvantaged kids at panchayat and slum areas of New Town and Tangra to teach discipline and school going habits. We also make sure that the benefits assigned for the right beneficiaries reach them. IWAYSF also works with Sarva Siksha Mission and takes care of 87 underprivileged kids at the shelter homes in Kasba.
